For the past 26 years Grant Walters has been a proud Realtor at the respected Coldwell Banker Office in Half Moon Bay. Here he has become a ambassador within our Coastside Real Estate community and is well known to our neighboring Real Estate offices from San Mateo County, San Francisco to San Jose and Santa Cruz. Grant is sought after for his up to date knowledge of this ever-changing Real Estate market and his understanding of its history.
As one of the moderators for the weekly Coastside Real Estate tour meetings, Grant has the opportunity to interact with every agent and makes a point of touring every listing. Before he was in Real Estate in California, Grant Walters worked as an assistant to his grandfather, a successful Realtor in Hawaii. He has also worked in Hawaii for KHBC Television and for Tropical Visions in the creation of Television Commercials. Prior to entering Real Estate, he worked for Wes Pepper Construction and Hyland Hogan Builders in the Half Moon Bay coastside area; remodeling and building homes (an experience that gives him a unique perspective when evaluating homes). His knowledge of developing raw land and working with builders has been earned through many years of hands on experience.
Today, Grant embraces the latest tools and technology. With a BA degree in Marketing from Chico State and work experience at Xerox and American Airlines, he knows that while technology and Social Media tools lead the way in today's Real Estate Transactions, it is the careful understanding of the goals and desires of his clients that has provided him a lasting and rewarding Real Estate Career. Growing up in the Half Moon Bay area, my father was the town doctor. He made house calls and cared deeply about what was happening in the lives of his friends and patients. In my real Estate practice, I learn all I can about what is happening in the lives of my friends and clients before I suggest what opportunity they might consider. Like my father, I feel I must be completely honest with people so that they can best make the important decisions in their Lives.
